How do I register?

Use the registration button to view available volunteer opportunities and select the role or shift that works best for you.

When are volunteers needed?

Volunteers help during setup before the festival, throughout festival weekend on November 13 to 15, 2026, and during pickup and cleanup afterward.

Can groups volunteer together?

Yes. Families, businesses, school groups, clubs, and community organizations are welcome to serve together. Register through SignUpGenius or contact us if your group needs help coordinating.

Can students receive service hours?

Students seeking documented service hours should contact the festival team before registering so we can confirm the right opportunity and verification process.
